Well in the after view that statement is somewhat strange, since all stories could be told without nudity. The problem I see is that at one point the movie becomes a book. So many movies would work without nude pictures, but do actresses, or actors work without nude scenes? The most problems, I have with celebrities, wo where there are rumours, most famous naturally Princess Leia, or Mike Obama, and so one. That would be the link to Germaine Greer.

Agreed, I have seen many movies in which there is no nudity at all. It is useful at times, and in La Belle Noiseuse it was almost non sexual, I think because of the acting and the way the scenes were played out. on the other hand, other films were, 'she's naked, so what' !!

I disagree with No. 11 - The scene in "The Hangover" where Ken Jeong's character jumps out of the trunk stark naked, goes completely crazy and starts beating up Alan, Stu and Phil like a madman, is probably one of the best and most on-point character introductions in any comedy movie ever. The scene would have only been half as funny and memorable if he had been clothed or in his underwear.

Very similar to my experience with "Too much Flesh" (2000), a French film made in rural America, which pointlessly tells the story of a man whose wife has been afraid to sleep with him for years (and is, in fact, still a virgin) because of the size of his organ. Fortunately (for everyone, including the viewer) a French woman comes along to show him he's not too big after all. Because this is rural America, and people are "moral", he gets murdered in the end, of course.

That movie was more like a documentary on the Hollywood elite than an actual drama - Which is probably why Kubrick died as soon as it was done

I disagree about this being a useless scene - the fact is that this scene was key to establishing Stone's character in the film (And seeing her pussy on display, if only for a moment, never gets old )
