One of my all-time favourites - you posted it back in Dec 2014, and I wrote then:
I love the way she's dwarfed by the huge thugs around her,
her pale skin catching the light in contrast to the dark giant holding her.

She - no, I - am looking at the cross calmly, coolly,
I'm in control of my feelings, coming to terms with what's happening.
Yes, of course, these toughs are going to stretch me on that, nail me down, raise me up.
No point in resisting, no point in struggling, this is a test - the ultimate test -
I've no choice but to face it.
Keep cool, keep focused, let what's happening flow through me,
let the pain flow through me, give myself up to it.

As the Guard presents me to the one who's in command,
I glance up at his stern face, eyes wide, lips lightly parted -
no words pass between us, none are needed -
I bow my head, signify submission...

And here are two others from the same series, 'Mercy' and 'No Mercy'

Wow, Eulalia... I'd like to write you a poem like this. I 'd certainly could do it in French... But my English is too bad for that. :(
Wonderful, you deserve your title, thank you !

:bdsm-heart: :bdsm-heart:
Thanks Shastar - when I see pictures like Bartnel's best,
the feelings they arouse take shape in words that can be somewhere between prose and poetry.
French is a beautiful language, and I'm reasonably at home with it,
so please do (we can easily provide a translation so as not to break the Forums' rules ;))

All right then. This is the french version of the first episode of a saga I wanted to write. I was stupid. No time. As we say in French, 'Tu marches ou tu crèves!'

Merci beaucoup Shastar - but that's not a poem, it's a full-length novel! :p
It's good, I'll enjoy reading it myself,
but for doing a translation I'll need to hold on while I'm working with Velut Luna on hers.
