Typical daily catch garnered at the RedNeck, Arkansas ‘blue state speed trap’. Who would ever guess that the official speed limit on the approaches to the town is 17.5 mph? Neither of these two did. And now they are finding out that the penalty is equally stupid unfsir corrupt ridiculous.

Thanks to modern Arkansas technology, the local speed-limit is automatically reduced to 5 mph below the vehicle’s recorded speed, as soon as the camera identifies blue-state plates
