(Apart from the obvious ones such as Bound Heat or Red Feline.)
There was a site run by Hufkens which closed ages ago. (?)

there IS another decent website called http://www.interrogatio.com/
obviously deals with medieval torture scenarios but their latest release is a Crucifixion one....and they have done similar over the years. only drawback is the dialogue is German but just watch in silence unless one can understand the lingo. lol
