The odd thing is that I did almost exactly the same thing in The Coffee Shop. I must admit I did not see this post and I bet a lot of people missed mine. You do however very neatly back up what I thought, namely that with good compression you really can't see the difference. Do you know of a better online one than Simple Image Resizer? I also note that you used Imgur...excellent.

I have a MacBook, so I don't need an online image resizer. Mac has a native app, Preview, that does the job very well. I'm not very familiar with PCs, but I would think that Bill Gates would load Microsoft-based operating systems with something similar.

Sorry, but this thread dies with the new image size rules.
WOW, people "in authority," talk about missing the point! If an artist of Jucundus' stature makes such a statement, that's a real concern.
I contribute no "art" to this "commercial porn site." (Where does this value judgment keep coming from?) I have no artistic ability whatsoever. But I have donated paltry amounts which I would be happy to increase to keep graphic artists like Jucundus and ARR happy. Every month the donations fill up.
This activity alone can be considered "commercial." So, if costs are being covered, why mess with restrictions, resizing technologies, bandwidth limitations, or other such nonsense.
I have financially supported artists on this site and will continue to do so. And the intellectual capacity of many members is very high and stimulating.
So would I be willing to kick in a little more ( subscription?) to keep everyone happy? Damn right!
Best regards and cheers!

ARR ?
excuse my ignorance but who is ARR?

Some Guy who was "banned." But, fortunately, he keeps reincarnating/reinventing/morphing himself! Actually, it could be mutation, you know, like Covid? Whatever the mechanism, as long as he keeps one step ahead of the "size limitation police," I'll be happy!:jump1:
Besides, I'm trying to be a good cruxer and abbreviations save bandwidth!!! :sisi3:

I don’t totally disagree ..but don’t quite agree either. The point is that things could not continue as they were. Artists have the option to reduce file sizes to below 1MB, or use external hosting .. You’re saying they should be encouraged to post huge files and everyone else here should pay for that; it’s great that you are keen to pay for artists to do that, but I suspect not everyone is able or willing to chip in to pay for the increased cost. As an artist myself, I would be unhappy to impose additional costs on my fellow forum members.
Besides, I’m pretty sure deviantart for example automatically downsizes images to less than 1 MB, I could be wrong.. but I certainly agree that losing jucundus from this forum is a hard blow. :(

Just out of interest I can find only one quoom who was a member here. His record is as follows
Joined Nov 30th 2011 at 5.46 p.m.
Last activity Nov 30th 2011 at 5.47 p.m.

Not the Quoom previously mentioned obviously. Many pics of the Quoom have been uploaded here but it is not a practice that we encourage and we have no intention of updating. And as Barbaria says let's get back on track.
I remind me dark, that I read here in a other thread, that the real Quoom died in the Corona-Era.

As far as I remember, the administrators immediately announced that the limit on the size of files for publication is a temporary measure, as an experiment, so to speak. If I'm not mistaken, this restriction will be in effect until the new year. I'm still willing to deal with this. Another question is what will happen next. Of course, my opinion is unlikely to be taken into account, but in my opinion, the number of topics on this site is already excessive and many of them can be deleted. Excuse me, but topics like "anime cosplay", "beach girls" or "naked sports" - are they really needed here? Of course, they can tell me that this does not concern me, and if some topics are not interesting to me, then I simply do not need to read them. I followed this rule. I simply did not read topics that were not interesting to me. Everything is logical here.
But if the question of the very existence and normal functioning of this site has become so serious, then it is better to sacrifice some sections that have practically nothing to do with our common fetish. To put it bluntly, if the choice is between a new, detailed, normal-res image of Jucundus on the one hand, and another batch of anime cosplay on the other (which can be found and discussed on hundreds of other sites), which will I choose? I think the answer is obvious.

Hi. The restrictions are in place for the month of October following sharp rises in the running costs. The next bill comes in at the beginning of November. When it has been analysed we'll put forward recommendations regarding file size limits to ImageMaker. As far as the content of threads is concerned I would imagine that would also be very much on the agenda. Announcements concerning file size limits will be made in the Important. Please Read thread. I can assure you that all opinions are valued but can I ask that people are patient for a little longer and please don't use this thread as a discussion. Jucundus may come back..I don't know. Members are always welcome to write to the moderators with your concerns and suggestions.

A couple of days ago I bought NextLevel's crux kit on Renderotica, and I just wanted to doodle around with it a little. Also, I spent some time in that longstanding I-cannot-remember-its-title-thread about crucified girls getting fucked, so this came out.

Two variants of the same image; the first looked a bit too artsy and the light too artificial, so I made a second one with more natural lighting.

Jucundus, I really have to come up with reactions other than WHOA!!! and HOLY SHIT!!!, both of which are getting a bit tiresome.

I will say you continue your escape from the Uncanny Valley, especially with her face and feet. :babeando::very_hot:
I love the Upclose of her feet. Thanks for posting these.
