it would certainly be hideously painful.
I think her face and flying hair express well
the horror of the first few minutes,
as she appreciates and reacts to the pain,
humiliating exposure and utter terror of her situation -
maybe further images could show her becoming ever more desperate,
gradually succumbing to despair and agony...
