Dalia, captured slave

Dalia is trying to scape from the soldiers. She hears a dog barking nearby. She runs in the night just thinking about reaching the river crossing the forest where she could avoid being followed by the dogs.
One of her feet is trapped in a branche. She feels an intense pain and falls on a rock.
She loses consciousness temporarily.

-Bind her well. I do not want she to escape now.

Interesting - I wonder if she is a runaway slave or a (no longer) free woman?

The soldiers tie her right ankle to a post, to prevent her to scape.

She knows she has nothing to do against the brute, that besides carries a deadly looking whip in her hand.

He produces a short spade and gives it to her slave.

The slave takes the spade, approaches Dalia and sais:
- Be lucky.

The two fighters get closer. They look directly to the opponent eyes, trying to percive the moment to initiate the attack.

She is the one initating the attack. But her restrain does not allow her to reach her opponent's belly.

He remains at a safe distance and smiles at the infructuous attempts of the girl
