well if I was a supervillainette freelancing for dictatoresses I might have a few things to repress you know, all that residual conscience stuff, terrified screams of victims... all those side effects of being engaged in Reapression tactics against the opposition... The costume and mask makes it easier to look in the mirror...It also sounds like she has a few issues that she's not comfortable with.
