I made some early thoughts. Here the roman soldier is testing the parameters. Naturally he is not nailed, but has his shoulders on the right height. Another problem
is that the solar panels give shadow, that is not the idea, they should be put somewhere else.

I'm assuming that the mechanical penis is neither too long nor too wide for the victim's vagina, otherwise it would cause immediate tissue damage and blood loss, and death would be pretty straightforward, if not quick. Yesterday I dropped off a reference in another thread about the ever more outrageous and cruel methods of Roman punishment at the "Halftime" of gladiatorial combats in the Roman Amphitheater. These punishments included being raped to death by trained bulls, zebras, and even giraffes, but I don't think that's what your dream suggested.

It's my guess that a mechanical device of even normal penis size would cause abrasions either sooner or later, depending on both the victim's internal lubrication and whether or not the device itself was lubricated. But even with lubrication, I think abrasions would develop over hours, leading to bleeding. I doubt that the blood loss would be significant to cause a quick death. And the constant and continual irritation would be extremely painful, if not maddening. So depending on the victim, I would think the second option might be a possibility, but likely due to pain, rather than arousal.

BTW, what brand of beer do you drink? I'll like to try some.

Naturally, today you could do more, for example the machine could stop when there is the danger of tissue damage, you could show the victim, pornos, you could use grease and stuff to heal small fracture (Bepanthen comes to my mind), I probably would think to use DMN or methyl nitrite (you know as poppers) or the like. Yes quite surely I would use poppers, whilst it lowers the pain of the victim, it also improves the show,,,,,

Covid lockdowns weren't a thing in my dream, so there was quite a large audience. As I joined them to watch, I found out from the others, that the woman had been sentenced to public execution through a fucking machine. And indeed, the contraption featured a machine which was mercilessly driving a dildo in and out of the condemned woman's pussy. According to the others spectators, the whole thing had been going on for several hours already. And the woman was in a bad shape, exhausted and close to fainting.

It was one of those dreams you do not forget moments after waking up. And the whole day I have been asking myself, if using a fucking machine as an execution device would actually work.

Sure, if you constrained someone like the woman in my dream was tied, they would eventually die due to a lack of water or food or (especially in winter) due to exposure after a certain time. But what if you added a fucking machine? Would this only be an additional humiliation/torture or could in actually be the cause of death? My possible "yes" answers are:
- Death from internal or external injuries caused by the mecanical penetration
- Death from exhaustion (i.e. a circulatory collapse caused by the constant arousal)

What do you think about this?

Where can i sign up....death by exhaustion and exposure...so do it to me outside...in public so all can see...me suffer and be pleasured ;)
 
I'm no medical expert, but I think the risk would be not so much loss of blood (the saw-horse would be much riskier in that respect, threatening the femoral arteries) as sepsis - which might trigger septicaemia and septic shock.

I had overlooked the possibility of toxic shock. I agree that that's more likely. I read that It can develop in as little as 12 hours in the case of injuries, wounds or surgical procedures. In the more typical case of menstruating females, it usually takes 3-5 days for symptoms to appear. In most cases it progresses rapidly. There are a host of symptoms and complications, including death. Early symptoms may include flu like complaints: headache, fever, soreness, muscle aches.

To extend the victim's time on the fucking machine, It would probably be prudent for the executioner to detail an assistant to check the victim every 4 to 8 hours to scan her temperature, and ask her if she's experiencing any soreness or muscle aches. If any of those symptoms are positive, then an M.D. might have to dig deeper to differentiate between toxic shock and, say, Covid-19.
