I found this whipping clip

I found that whipping clip that for some reason I can't download, it's very short and it does not give the title of the movie.... If anyone can tell me the title of that movie, I would appreciate it very much? Here's the link: https://xhamster.com/videos/short-whipping-scene-from-movie-12135199

I really love this clip because it looks so realistic... The sound of the whip and the impact on the woman's back is very real...

It's from a Russian miniserie: Petr Pervyy Zaveshchanie (Peter the Great's Will).
The secene is in episode 4: the woman is a countess who is whipped for having "guarded" the door of the room where the Empress (who is forced to attend) had a clandestine love encounter.
