Christine McVie was always my favorite too. Her voice just melted me. Thank you Ms Perfect for the great moments you gave us.

I agree. In my own opinion, I always prefered Christine's voice to Stevie Nicks. I think that Stevie got more recognition because she was up front, whereas Christine, even when singing was in the background behind her instrument. I don't think that Christine received the recognition she deserved. And yes, she was a beautiful lady, and seemingly never seeking the spotlight. Farewell, you and your voice will always be in my heart.

Rebellin was a specialist in the Ardennes classics. He is one of the four to win the Fleche Walonne and Liege-Bastogne-Liege in the same year, and one of the two who also won the Amstel Gold Race (in 2004; all in the same week).

Franco Harris, one of the greatest running backs in NFL history and, according to many sources, a great human being, passed away at age 72 on the 20th, just 3 days before the Steelers were going to retire his number and 2 days before the catch that made him famous.

So also Fashion designer Dame Vivienne Westwood has died aged 81.
Westwood made her name with her punk and new wave styles in the 1970s and went on to dress some of the biggest names in fashion.
