His uniform: No breast pockets and no SS eagle on left breast. Also, the collar tab is for an Obersturmfurher (1st Lt), but it should be on the left collar with the runic SS on the right collar.Others will know much better than I can tell,

Big tube TV with wireless remote (it's on the table): I'd say early 1990s.
"I Heart You" T-shirt: post 1977. That's when NYC began the "I Heart NY" promo campaign and the whole heart thing began.
The box the TV is sitting on: Korean lettering. During the time of the Nazis, Korea was under Japanese control. Products shipped from Korea would have had Japanese markings.
The poster on the wall: It has Japanese lettering and appears to be for a kaiju movie. I can't tell which one, but the first kaiju movie was 1954's Gojira (Godzilla in the West).
The fan maybe the only thing close to WWII. I'd guess it's from the late 1940s.
Conclusion: This guts not a real Nazi - though he could be a neo-Nazi. But, I think he just likes to dress up in a fake SS uniform when torturing girls.
Don't mind us, Browny; we're just having a little fun.
no hard-hat to protect from female kicking,

I really like most of your art except for the detail of the superinflated breast.
I like breasts big and small but when they approach the size of the head or even rival it?
It's just too much for me.
It distracts me of the rest of your well done renders.
I realy would like to see your work with those breasts dialed down.
