It says "untitled drawing by milenarabinovitch" but it's actually by a guy who goes by the name of "idiothead" on DeviantArt

This particular drawing is no longer in his gallery, but there are other similar ones.
(Side note: milenarabinovitch "borrowed" several of idiothead's works and deleted his signature, presenting them pretty much as her own, without any credit or attribution. I challenged her on this, and she claimed she had the artist's permission. I checked with "Idiothead" (because this sort of thing really pisses me off), and he had not given permission, but really didn't seem to care that his work was being used in this way. Strange!)

But yes, you do see this sort of theft on DeviantArt, as elsewhere on the internet. As the POTUS would say, sad.
btw looking quickly through his gallery this one caught my eye - not a prison pic but certainly anticipated crux!

milenarabinovitch is reknowned for stealing from quite a few people on DA. Why they don't ban "her" I don't get.
The interesting question is what does whoever is behind the ID get out of it on a free site? If I took someone else's stories and posted them under my name, what would I get out of that? Everyone would say, "windar, your writing has improved a lot all of a sudden" and that wouldn't be good, would it?
