Star’s incarceration in the Collo Lungo jail was not entirely filled with the dread of being hanged. She had become friends with one of the guards who worked the night shift at the jail. Even as a condemned prisoner, Star had certaindesires that she needed taken care of. The guard yreated her with respect and she in turn treated him (and herself) with favors they both enjoyed.

Star found it arousing that he would remind her how few days she had left in the jail before her hanging. It hightened her arousal and they had intense sexual contact. Understating the number of guards that have used her while she jailed at Collo Lungo, with anger Star says “One of the guards thinks I look fine!”

“Of course they are! Do you think we chartered a flight from Anjue to Little Rock not to watch them hang you” Messa asks.

Star’s French visitors leave and shortly after a pair of agents from the State Bureau of Investigation come to Star’s cell. They cuff her hands behind her back, taking time to linger back there to admire her fine ass.



One of the agents thinks ‘Don’t touch it! The wife wouldn’t understand.’

They lead Star through numerous security doors meant to prevent prisoners from leaving the facility before their time. Star finally asks “What is going on? Where are you taking me?”

“State law, miss. We’re transfering you to the Longneck courthouse and what they have planned for you tomorrow, I wouldn’t bet on you coming back here” one agent says.



His words did not comfort Star. Evety minute that passes brings her closer to her execution tomorrow. Star is brought into an office where her handcuffs were removed. On the desk in front of her sat a folded prison uniform and a pair of shoes.



The guard told her “I got the smallest men’s uniform I could find and those are my wife’s shoes. Don’t no how either will fit but the warden doesn’t want you naked when you are taken to the courthouse.”

The uniform was a bit baggy and the shoes were hardly Star’s size. She put on the uniform and was placed against the wall for her mugshots to be taken.



The sign she held stated she was held on first degree murder. Another reminder why tomorrow she will be hanged...

The warden looks Star overand casually says “You are damn lucky to be alive still. If it were up to me you would have been taken out to the prison yard and have a couple of my matrons put the noose around your neck.”



“It would have been a pleasure to listen to you beg for your life while they did their final check before they hanged you”



In defiant anger Star says “I suppose it disappoints you they will hang me in the park.”

“Oh, no, Star. The union carpenters have built a wonderful gallows to hang you from and I will be there to watch them hang you without having to worry about all the details that go into supervising your execution” Miss Deadbody says as she puffs on her cigarette.



“Besides, they hired an expert hangman to do yours. I can’t wait to see you noosed and waiting for him to pull the lever and start your hanging.”



Star wiggles her hands in the cuffs. Miss Deadbody’s words almost made her shit in the jumpsuit.



Two guards grab Star and lead her from the warden’s office. As they lead her down a hall, Star says “The warden is a mean bitch. She can’t wait to see me hanged!”



“You should have thought about that before you shot the senator’s wife. Remember, ‘if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime’” the older guard says. “Besides, I got tomorrow off and can’t wait to see you dance naked from the noose.”

Star was taken to the Longneck County Courthouse. Even at the time of night the police car arrived, there was a horde of media people there to record her arrival.



Exasperated, Star asks “Don’t you people have anything better to do?”

She didn’t notice she had been taken to the courthouse in a neighboring countyis squad car nor the county’s name adorning its trunk.

A group of Special Bureau of Investigation agents led Star through the dimly lit halls of the court. The brightest lights were the signs advising where the exits she would be unable to use.



She was locked in one of the few cells in the court’s basement. She told a guard she may have wet the jumpsuit. The guard replies “It’ll dry before they take it to hang your naked ass.”

It is the Friday night before Star is to be hanged. For most it was with excited anticipation of seeing her hang by her neck for her murder of Constance Desiree. The work and preparation have been done. Star has been weighed and measured so she will be ‘hanged by the neck until dead’. There were no worries the drop would break her neck. Star would suffer the rope closing around her neck and mercy be damned.

The union carpenters have built a gallows to hang Star from. Miss Deadbody called it “wonderful”. The hangman contracted to hang Star is already in town and ready to hang her with the premium French noose provided by Messaline and Judith. All said everything is ready for Star’s execution. All that is left is the crowd to assemble and march Star to the gallows to be hanged.

Of course, Star’s Friday night was less restful. On Saturday she will be brought to the gallows and hanged to death. She wonders how it will feel hanging from a noose and having her air cut off.



Then it crossed her mind she will be brought to the gallows and hanged naked before a crowd of strangers. Would she die of embarrassment before she was hanged or even worse would the mob be entralled by her brought naked to her execution?

Her imagined the weathered wood of the trapdoor pressing against her feet and the coarse rope of the noose scratching her neck as it waited to hang her. Under other circumstances she might be impressed with the gallows built for her. But the thought of the crowd watching her and cheering when the trapdoor opened frightened Star... and strangely arouse her.

The sunrise was shining into Star’s cell early Saturday morning. She rolled over on the bed and looked up to see Warden Deadbody and two of her assistants staring through the bars. With fear edging her voice, Star asked “Is it time already?”



Miss Deadbody laughed and said “It is more than twelve hours before you go to the gallows. No, Star, you have the archbishop here to give you your last... um... to see you. Stand up so we can cuff your hands.”

Star protests saying “I’m not going to hurt the bishop. Is this necessary?”

As Margo locks the cuffs around Star’s wrists, Caroline snaps “And no one expected you to put a bullet in the senator’s wife’s head.”



Naked but for the cuffs, Star is placed in the visitor’s cell to wait for the archbishop. He was fashionable late, having joined Miss Deadbody for a morning cocktail. With his holy grace flowing from his ornate garb, Archbishop Wragg strolls into the room. He does his best to try to hide his prying eyes from Star’s naked body, loudly proclaiming “So you are the woman they are hanging today.”

Star cannot acknowledge that she is the woman they will hang. She says “You llok important. Is there any way you can stop them?”

Pompously the archbishop says “It is the will of the people you will be put to death for your crime. And even the bible says “Give to Ceasar what is Ceasar’s!”

Star politely corrects him asking if he meant something like an eye for an eye. The archbishop brushes her correction aside and restates “You have broken the laws of this land and even the church has no option to excuse you behavior. Besides, I have executive seating at your hanging. I would not miss watching your naked body do its last dance as tou hang from the noose!”



Finding no comfort from the archbishop, Star reaches around her body and touches her breast. Softly she asks “Could you pray for my soul?”

The clicic says “I am not the pope and you would need his blessing to save you from burning in hell!”

The archbishop left to prepare himself for Star’s execution later that day. He joined Miss Deadbody for some midday cocktails to steady his nerves for the evening’s activities. Star was returned to her cell to wait for her hanging.



The hours left of her short life flew by like minutes.

Meanwhile at the employee’s locker room at the Longneck Courthouse, the pair of matrons are preparing for Star’s hanging. Louise and Sharon want to look their best when the escort Star to the gallows for her execution. They are both excited they were chosen knowing Star’s hanging will be seen by millions of viewers around the word. Their shower becomes somewhat intimate as they prepare themselves for their television debut.



Later as they were getting dressed, Sharon asks if Louise thought Star would piss when she is hanged.

He doesn’t finish the sentence. He knows Star is aware of what today is. They come to a door and he opens it. Star looks in and sees the matrons Louise and Sharon. Star almost breathlessly asks “What do they want?”



“They are going to get you ready” he replies.

The deputy pushes Star through the door and closes her in the room. Sharon admonishes her and says “We are not going to hurt you. We are just going to get you ready for your hanging.”



Star backs against the door and asks “What do you mean- ‘get me ready’?”



“Star, your sentence says you will be hanged naked and you are hardly that now” Sharon says. “Now strip.”

Star hesitates and Sharon says “Strip now or do Louise and I have to do it for you?”

Reluctantly Star begins to remove the uniform. She pulls the top off and Sharon points to a box on the table. Sternly she says “Put it in there. There are other prisoners that can wear it after you are hanged. And take the pants off, too. Can’t hang you naked with you wearing the bottoms.”



Star pees a bit as she starts to take them off. She almost apologizes than thinks ‘What can they do to me once they kill me?’

Star puts the pants in the box and looked at Sharon and Louise waiting for their approval. Louise folds her arms and says “The bra and panties, Star. You are going to be naked when you are hanged!”



Defiantly she says “There, I’m naked! Is that good enough for you?”

Sharon points to a toilet and says “Use it.”

Star says “I don’t have to go.”



Sharon asks “Do you want to piss while you’re hanging? USE THE CAN, Star.”

Star does finding it ironic that the women waiting to take her to the gallows insist she’s clean.



She dries her hands and turns to the matron and demands “Now what?” Louise and Sharon approach her carrying a pair of handcuffs.



“Face the wall, Star” Sharon says. “We have to put your jewelry on…”

Star faced the wall and put her hands behind her back. Sharon locked the right cuff around her wrist then the left one. She tightened them enough so Star’s hands were secured and jiggled Star’s wrist to insure she could not escape the cuffs. Star suddenly felt the urge to pee and asked “Couldn’t you have cuffed them in front of me?”



“Of course not, Star” Sharon exclaims. “You are going to be hanged. We couldn’t have you clawing at the noose while you hang from it!”

Standing naked with her hands cuffed behind her, Star turns and faces Sharon. With her stomach churning and her bladder about to explode, Star asks “Is it time now?”



Sharon says “Not yet. Your hair is in the way. We have to cut it so it won’t interfere with the the noose or block the people’s view of your face while you are hanging.”

Louise says “She only gets hanged once. Let’s cut her some slack.”

Louise pulls a chair forward and says “Put her hair up. After she’s hanged they can put it down and people will be able to see what a pretty woman we hanged.”

Sharon waves her arm towards the chair and says “Have a seat, Star.”

Star sits in the chair provided. Sharon begins to pull her hair back and secure it to the back of Star’s head. Louise cautions Sharon “Make sure it is tight. Crux Chronicle has gotten millions of subscribers paying towatch this. They won’t be happy if they can’t see her face when she hangs.”

Star’s anger overcomes her fear of being hanged and she says “You know they are going to kill me. This is not a joke!”



Louise answers “You should have thought about that before you shot the senator’s wife.”

Sharon finishes tying Star’s hair back and up. Louise kneels before Star and says “Let me show you what you should have done to Mrs. Desiree. She would have forgotten you man completely.”

Sharon says “You can’t do that!”

“Why not” Louise asks. “She’ll be dead before the sun sets. There’s nothing in the rules that says you can’t show a condemned woman some fun before she is hanged.”



“But you can’t...” Sharon starts to say before Louise stops her.

“Are you going to stop me? Come on, Star, open your legs” Louise tells her.

“What are you going to do” Star asks.



“I’m going to give you something fantastic before you are hanged” Louise says with seductive confidence.

Louise and Sharon have made the final preperations for Star’s execution with Louise giving Star a pleasurable distraction before they take her to the park for her sentenced hanging. There is a large crowd assembled around the gallows built in the park and a video crew that has a certain timeframe for their satellite link to beam Star’s execution... well... live to their pay-per-view audience. For everyone involved with Star’s hanging, it is either a required event that must be done or will be a spectacular show watching her be hanged to death.

For Star, it is her execution for her murdering Constance Desiree. She has somewhat accepted she must be put to death and Louise’s giving her the last orgasms she will experience has her steeled for the exhibition that will be her final act. But now, Louise and Sharon are escorting her through the courthouse.

Seeing Star being marched naked past them, Barb comments “It is barbaric they are going to put her to death and make a show out of doing so!”

But in her mind Barb thought ‘She’s so little! I bet she kicks for ten minutes before she dies.’

Messaline looks over her shoulder at Star and says “It is a good thing they are hanging her with one of my nooses. She will look wonderful while she hangs to death.”

Tree takes a sip of his drink and says “I did my best. You can’t win against a video. She’s getting what she she deserves.”

Star and the matrons escorting her appoach the door leading to the plaza and the park. Star’s mouth opens and she says “It’s so big!” when she sees the gallows.



Star is led out of the courthouse and she sees the crowd gathered around the gallows. She pauses and asks “They have all come to see me hanged?”



“It is a big event, Star. Usually prisoners are hanged in the prison yard. Yours is the first one everyone can see” Sharon explains.



Sharon grabs Star’s arm and reminds her “You said you would be brave. Don’t let us down. We’ll be with you all the way, Star.



Across the plaza beneath the gallows, there is a large group of reporters to cover the activities that precede Star’s hanging (live coverage of her being hanged will be exclusively carried by the Crux Chronicle team). One of the reporters covers Star being brought to the gallows. “I’m Stephany Carter and I am in Longneck to cover the execution of Star Knight, found guilty of murdering Senator Desiree’s wife and condemned to be hanged to death in the city park across from the county’s courthouse.

We understand Miss Knight is five foot, four inches tall and weighes one hundred and fifteen pounds. We also know the county hired a professional hangman to conduct Miss Knight’s execution. Though we at the Associated Broadcast Network interviewed him for his safety and privacy we will not be televising our interview. Let it be known he predicts Miss Knight will hang by her neck at least five minutes before she succumbs to the noose... And this just in, Miss Knight has been brought from the courthouse and will be escorted to the gallows where she will be hanged to death.”



“Do stay with us as she is brought to the gallows for her execution. We will be with you live until she is taken up the gallows and hanged. Due to broadcast agreements, the Associated Broadcast Network cannot televise Miss Knight’s hanging as it happens but we assure you your local ABN station will carry her execution tonight after your nightly news, completely free for your viewing pleasure and without the exhorbatant fees the pay-per-view watchers are being charged...”

Star is walked across the courthouse deck. She is overwhelmed by the size of the crowd she does not notice the camera crews filming her last walk. She softly asks “They came to see me?”



“No, Star, they came to see you hanged” Louise clarifies



They walk Star across the closed street. Star looks up and sees a man wearing a black hood. With a trembling voice Star starts to ask “Is he…”

“…the hangman” Louise finishes for Star.



“He will be the man that hangs you…”

From the courthouse’s door to the steps of the gallows it is not much more than a hundred feet. Police had cleared the courthouse’s entrance and except for a few cameramen the crowd was kept on the opposite side of the gallows. Except for a few curious people that was not difficult. The way the gallows was built, Star would stand on the trapdoor facing away from the courthouse. This was all planned as the courthouse would make a good backdrop behind Star as she stood noosed waiting to be hanged.

As Louise and Sharon marched Star across the street towards the gallows, Star could pick up voices from the crowd. Some suggested she would look fabulous as she hanged. Others were less discrete commenting on what fine ‘tits and ass’ Star had. More than a few were exchanging bets on how long she would last as she hanged by her neck.

With the hangman looking down from the gallows and a camera man zooming in on her face, Star weakly says “I can’t go through with this.”



Sharon replies “You don’t have a choice. You have been sentenced to be hanged.”

It was no help when Louise added “You said you would be brave.”

The matrons lead Star to the base of the gallows’ stairs. With her legs trembling, Star whispers “I can’t go up there.”

Louise says “You have to, Star. We can’t hang you down here.”

Sharon is more blunt. She points up the steps and says “We haven’t done anything to your legs. It is only thirteen steps so climb them!”



“But they’ll hang me up there” Star says in whiney voice.

“Of course they will” Sharon answers. “That is what we are here for.”

Sharon leads Star up the steps with Louise giving her a steadying hand from behind. The middle step forms a landing where the stairs turn around and double back. Star does not notice the carpenters’ handywork as she looks up to find the hangman looking down at her. He no longer is the small, distant man she had seen from the sidewalk below.



The hangman thinks ‘She’s a well-built woman for as small as she is. I can’t wait to put the rope around her neck.’

Star is almost on the gallows platform. She looks over at the hangman.



Any other day she would have noticed a man about a half foot taller than her with a good build and an obvious bulge in his trousers’ crotch and thought about what a good lay he might be. But this is not another day. Star sees the man about to hang her by her neck until she is dead. She does not even realize Louise is steadying her on the steps.

Then her gaze is stolen by the noose dangling over the platform.



Never has she feared a rope before but this one was tied into a noose waiting for her neck. Where she stood the rope silently waited to hang her to death. Never has an innate object placed such fear in her.



The hangman welcomes Louise and Sharon to the gallows. With a wave of his hand, he says “Ladies, bring the prisoner over to the noose.”



Sharon and Louise bring Star to the noose. Sharon looks at Star’s breasts heaving with each breath she takes.



Knowing she will be televised around the world, Sharon drops any form of courtesy and says “Get closer, Star. We can’t hang you without the noose around your neck.”

Star steps onto the trapdoor and her knees almost collapse.



Sharon smugly says “It won’t hurt long before it kills you.”



Star would have fallen to the deck if they did not hold her up.

It is passed six o’clock in the evening. The crowd in the park is quite excited about Star’s march from the courthouse and her climb up the gallows’ steps. Many do not care that Star has murdered someone. They came to see the naked woman hanged whether she deserves to be put to death or not.

Star stands on the gallows’ deck waiting to be hanged. One would think she is a very dangerous woman by the number of people with her on the gallows preparing her for her execution. Louise and Sharon secure her on the trapdoor as the hangman prepares to place the noose around Star’s neck.



The placing of the noose takes only a few moments. Louise and Sharon firmly hold Star steady as the hangman lowers the noose over her head. Star watches the loop of rope that she will hang from pass before her face.



Behind her, Star hears the hangman grunt as he tightens the noose around her neck. He takes great care not to overtighten the loop as Star is sentenced to hang to death and there is no reason to expedite her demise. Louise almost cheerfully says “That is tight enough. We don’t want to hurt her before we hang her.”

The hangman has completed putting the noose around Star’s neck. She looks down from the trapdoor she stands on and says “It is a long way down.”



Sharon says “It’s just for the cameras. It will be a short drop. Remember, your sentence is for you to hang by your neck until you are dead. Don’t worry, you won’t break your neck.”

Louise comes closer. She rubs her hand on Star’s stomach and says “You’ve been a wonderful prisoner, Star. I’ll miss you.”



Star whimpers “I really have to pee.”

Louise whispers “Do it now. Squeeze your legs together and the crowd won’t notice.”

“I can’t” Star whimpers.

“Then you will once you’re hanged” Louise says. She grabs Star’s right breast and plants a kiss on Star’s cheek.



She whispers “Hang good, Star. The world is watching.”

Louise and Sharon step away from Star and head towards the gallows railing.



Standing naked except the cuffs binding her wrists and the noose around her neck, Star watches the only to people who treated her with any respect fade away leaving her standing on the trapdoor.



She wonders how long they will remember her after she is hanged. Star’s thoughts are interrupted by the sheriff’s deputy. He proudly walks up to Star and says “You look ready to be hanged.”

Star snaps back “Then do it, goddamnit!”

“Don’t rush it, lady. There are formalities that have to be done. You won’t hang till the top of the hour” he replies. “This is an execution, not a lunching.”



Star moves her hands around as much as the cuffs allow.

Star is approached by Warden Deadbody and two of her assistants. The warden says “It is good your hanging is on schedule. We needed your cell for other prisoners.”

The dark-haired assistant says “Shame you shot the senator’s wife. Now the only reason you’ll be spreading your legs is your last dance while you hang.”

The warden admonishes her saying “Elizabeth, don’t talk to the condemned that way! Show you are better than her.”



The blond says “Yeah, treat her like a person. She isn’t pissing while she’s hanged… yet!”

The women head towards the gallows stairs leaving Star on the trapdoor. Star takes a deep breath.



She worries ‘Do they all know I have to pee?”

It is 6:45 Saturday evening. Restaurants in Longneck are usually very busy on a weekend night but except for the few that subscribed to Crux Chronicle’s pay-per-view telecast of Star’s execution they are empty as the usual crowd has gathered in the park to watch Star be hanged to death.

There were mixed emotions about Star’s execution. The law-and-order folks thought her being put to death was justified considering she had killed the senator’s wife. The more liberal people saw Star marched naked and cuffed to the gallows for her hanging and felt the wheels of justice had turned too far. All agreed she should be punished and there was a perverse curiosity to see her hanged naked before them.

The law enforcement people put on a well-orchestrated show of bringing Star to the gallows and placing the noose around her neck. In fifteen minutes Star would pay for her crime with her life. But as the deputy said, there are ‘formalities’ to be taken care of before Star would hang.

Star looks down from the gallows at the crowd below her.



There was not a sympathetic face staring up at her. She thinks the bastards are just there to see her pee while she is hanged.

The county recorder steps up next to Star to read Star’s crime and the sentence she was about to receive.

“Good evening. I am Ms. Etrangler, the county recorder” the woman announces. She is dressed in a black pant suit with a white sweater. She carries a wireless microphone and a clipboard and stands a comfortable distance from Star. She raises the clipboard and begins to read to the crowd.

“Citizens of Longneck, guests, and friends, we are hear today to carry out the sentence of Star Knight. Last month she took the liberty of shooting Mrs. Constance Desiree. The single bullet entered Mrs. Desiree’s head and she died from her wound.

Star Knight was captured on video shooting Constance Desiree, and with other evidence she was found guilty of first-degree murder. Star Knight was tried and found guilty of the murder and sentenced to be hanged by her neck until she is dead.”

Star grimaces as Ms. Etrangler reads her sentence. She has no idea what being hanged will feel like, but the result will be her death. Behind her, the deputy, Louise, and Sharon glower at Star.



It is their civic duty to carry out Star’s sentence. The deputy cannot hide the contempt on his face as Star is about to get what she deserves. Sharon’s fascination with Star’s execution shows on her face and the stance she takes.

Louise casually leans against the railing. She has worked other hangings but they were held in the prison’s yard. She watches with delight as Star’s breasts rise and fall with each breath she can still take. Like the hangings done at the prison, Star will be dropped only a few feet even though her feet are ten feet above the ground. Louise is amazed Star hasn’t peed standing there. Louise looks at the clock on the courthouse and see it is still more than five minutes until Star is hanged. She thinks ‘Piss now, Star, or everyone will see it when you are hanged.’

Ms. Etrangler closes saying “We have hired a professional hangman to conduct the execution. I hope you are entertained while Ms. Knight chokes to death when see is hanged.”

Star glares at Ms. Entrangler hardly amused by her remarks.



Ms. Entranger turns and holds five fingers up to the video’s director signaling how many minutes are left before Star is hanged.



Below the gallows a Crux Chronicle reporter does the same and says “Just five minutes before Star Knight is hanged. I suggest you refresh your drinks now before the trapdoor opens.”

Mrs. Koehler from the Church of the Gooey Death and Discount House of Worship approaches Star. Mrs. Koehler is dressed more like someone who is about to hang a witch in Salem than a criminal of today. She opens a scroll she carried onto the gallows and loudly but solemnly says “Miss Star Knight, you have killed a child of god, the faithful wife of our beloved senator. May you…”

Star yells “Faithful wife? She was fucking my boyfriend!”



Mrs. Koehler clears her throat and continues. “May you suffer an agonizing death as you are hanged by your neck and that the almighty recognizes you deserved such an execution and condemns you to the eternal fires of hell!”

Mrs. Koehler puffs out her chest and storms off the gallows. By this time the crowd is getting animated. They demand the hangman pulls the lever and hangs Star. Taking the last free breaths she can, Star stares at the crowd below her and thinks they are all animals.



She feels the weight of the noose pulling against her neck as its knot rests on her shoulder.



Unable to understand what is about to happen to her, Star whispers “They want to see me hanged.”



Below her a young woman sits on her man’s shoulders. Her right hand is raised as her fingers count down the seconds before Star is hanged/



Star’s final sane thought is ‘I’ve got to pee!’

Behind her the deputy turns to the hangman and nods.



The hangman grabs the lever and starts to pull…

Star’s stomach is knotted in fear and her bladder is painfully full. She cannot see the hangman reach for the lever to release the trapdoor she stands on. She can she the crowd below suddenly grow silent. She takes a deep breath… her last one.



Behind her, the hangman pulls the lever that will open the locks on the trapdoor. Star hears the clunk of the lever.



Her eyes open in surprise as she feels the trap begin to fall from under her feet.



As Star begins to fall, she lets out a horrified scream.



Her eyes dart down to the ground more than ten feet below her.



She falls less than three feet when the noose grabs her neck and her head abruptly stops her fall. Her body jerks as its fall is broken.

Sharon looks down at Star and says “That had to hurt!”

Louise calmly says “But it didn’t kill her.”



“That will take a little while…”

The jerk of the noose not only stopped Star’s fall but cut off her scream.



The first seconds she hanged by her neck, Star’s bladder let go.



Star was unaware she had pissed. Her mind was preoccupied by the noose squeezing her throat. Louise smugly says to Sharon “There she goes! I told you she would piss!”



On the ground below the nurse on duty was surprised by Star relieving herself. She looked up at the hanged woman still kicking futilely in the air and wondered ‘Do they all do that?’



It was the first hanging she had seen and was there only to pronounce Star dead after she quit thrashing.

As Star spun from the noose, Ms. Etrangler exclaimed “My god, she pissed!”



The deputy replies “They all do” while picturing Ms. Etranger doing the same if she were hanged naked.

Star thrashed vigorously as she hanged by her neck.



She wanted to grab the noose but the handcuffs held her hands behind her back. She put on quite an exhibit as she struggled to escape the noose closing around her neck.



Star was quite animated in her attempt to be free of the rope.



So much so the crowd watched in awe she tried to free herself.



It did not seem to occur to them that Star was being hanged to put her death. They were enthralled with her dance.



Most have forgotten Star’s dance is not for their entertainment but she is fighting for each breath she can take.

Star puts a gallant fight as she hangs from the noose. Despite all her efforts, her efforts are futile but the spectators seem to enjoy efforts.



Below Star an army of cameramen recorded her every move.



Crux Chronicle could afford to pay them as Star’s execution is the most-watched pay-per-view event outside of boxing. They are rewarded with the hanged woman’s desperate kick and her fight to free her hands from the cuffs that hold her arms behind her back.



With the crowd and Star as her background, a local newswoman gives a moment-by-moment of Star’s dying dance. She announces each move Star makes showing no concern her viewers will not see her account until the ten o’clock news due to the media blackout imposed by Crux Chronicle’s exclusive live coverage agreement.



She is more concerned how she looks as she will be the face on her network’s delayed coverage.

Star’s execution is covered from every angle. The fact that she is being put to death is no concern of the video crew. They even mounted a camera from the beam Star hangs from.



The fact that Star is dying hanging by her neck is her problem. They even made sure the Longneck law enforcement crew and members of the state’s Department of Corrections got in the shots of Star strangling in the noose.



After five minutes, being hanged by her neck began to take its toll on Star. Even being hanged with a premium French noose is affecting her ability to breathe. Her kicks become less animated and less frequent. Soon she is reduced to swaying in the breeze with her legs barely moving.



Star’s face cannot hide she is losing her battle with the noose.



Sharon looks down at Star and with only a hint of concern in her voice says “I think she’s slipping.”

“We hanged her to put her to death” Louise reminds her. “We better call the nurse up here.”



The nurse rushes up the gallows stairs and looks down from the gallows’ deck. She says “I think her feet just twitched. Should I check her now?”



Louise checks her watch and says “She’s only been hanged about eight minutes. Wait till it’s a quarter after. Surely she’ll be dead then…”

Star Knight was convicted of murdering Senator Desiree’s wife Constance and sentenced to be hanged to death on the last Saturday of the month. And on this day she was hanged from an impressive union-built gallows in the Longneck park. Though the gallows is a tall structure, Star’s drop was only a few feet to insure her neck would not break when she was jerked to a stop by the noose. From the donated Premium French noose, Star gave the crowd an impressive performance as she hanged.



It is disturbing Star could not be interviewed after she was hanged but it is the nature of executions the prisoner does not communicate after they are dead.

The nurse on duty was called to the gallows’ deck to check for any vital signs after Star had been hanged for eight minutes. She thought she saw Star’s feet move Matron Louise told her to wait until Star had been hanged for a quarter hour. In her interview with Crux Chronicle, Louise was asked if the delay was strictly for additional time on television. Louise indignantly replied “Would you want a cold stethoscope pressed between your breasts after you’ve been hanged for awhile and you are still alive?”

So the execution crew watched from the gallows as Star hanged by her neck.



Star hanged till a quarter past seven while crowd below commented on what a show Star put on while she hanged to death.



Those watching on pay-per-view were treated to slow motion replays of Star’s drop and her last desperate dance.



After Star had been hanged for a quarter hour the nurse placed her stethoscope on Star’s chest and found no signs of breathing or any heartbeat.



The nurse stood up and loudly declared “The murderess Star Knight is dead. Her sentence of death by hanging has been carried out.”

There was applause from the crowd and the women of the execution team at her announcement.



After the nurse announced Star was dead, the crowd thinned out to return home or go to a bar to watch either the evening news coverage of Star’s hanging or the marathon replays of it on Crux Chronicle. With the crowd mostly gone, Barb Moore, Messaline, and Tree gathered under the hanged body of Star Knight that would be left hanged until nightfall (it is amazing that what Crux Chronicle paid for the exclusive broadcast rights would cover the sanitation crew’s overtime).

Barb looks up at Star and disdainfully says “They shouldn’t have hanged her like that so high above the crowd!”

Tree replies “Ten inches or ten feet doesn’t matter. Once her feet are off the ground, the results are same. She wasn’t going to survive being hanged.”

Messaline adds “It was a good thing they used my premium French noose. You see her neck didn’t bleed after all that time.”

Messa is wearing Tree’s overcoat in the cooling evening air. She pulls out a Madame Wu and asks Tree if he has a light. Tree huffs “I thought you covered all the details.”



Messa rubs her clit and says “I can’t take care of all the details!”

Considering Star preferring not to have her hair cut off, the deputy pulled it out of the bun it had been tied in to facilitate her hanging. For the next couple of hours, her body hanged with her hair still on her head but in disarray from being tied on her head. Late in the evening as the sun set, a gentleman from the Department of Corrections came by to confirm Star had been successfully executed. He jiggled her body, grabbing it is most invasive ways, to see it she was indeed dead before he listened for her lack of heartbeat or breathing.



He confirmed Star’s execution a success and said “Clean her up before putting her in the casket. We don’t want people to think we are unkind to people we execute.”

Star’s hair was brushed out and the handcuffs were removed before she was displayed at the mortuary.



The casket was a pine box and no one bothered to dress her. After all, she was an executed criminal.
