Just a little something to help brighten up the drab winter days.
I meant...drab winter days like this.
The Chinese script in the pic says: "Timely snow heralds good harvest." I think it works the best with a jingle of the bells.

Hayabusa = Peregrine Falcon
Hayate = Gale
Shiden = Violet Lightning
Hein = Flying Swallow
Reppu = Strong Gale
Ohka = Cherry Blossom
Kamikaze = Devine Wind (not a type of plane, but a type of pilot)
The Zero got its name from it designation as Type Zero (Rei-Sen), from the last digit of the year it entered service: the Imperial year 2600. It was the only plane referred to by Americans using its Japanese designation.

Love this one. It’s like she’s dragging her cross to her crucifixion, except that its just a square board, and she’s going to be tied to it and set adrift.

The characters tattooed on her back says "slave of the Cui family of Boling County," one of the most prominent noble/gentry clans during the Tang Dynasty (618-907 A.D.) in China. The Chinese girl, of course, is wearing a dress from that era.
Speaking of a cross...I guess that board can be easily turned into a crossbar for a different scenario.
