I don't know where is suitable to ask this, but I guess this post may give me some insight:
1. Does the cornu really exist in crucifixion?
2. Will the cornu causing a faster death on the victims or in reverse as it supported her?
3. Where the cornu be inserted in normally? anus or pussy or both?

I think the answers to all your questions are going to be: it depends. Mainly it depends on what shape and style of Cornu we are talking about.
a Cornu done right, will increase the crucifixee’s suffering and humiliation while also prolonging it by postponing death.

Cornu is basically the Roman word for "horn." Thus cattle had cornu and there was a type of musical instrument used by the army to give orders (like a bugle) that was also called a cornu.
So what you see depicted by artists and writers is very much out of their imaginations because as far as I know, when used in conjunction with crucifixion, it is not referring to a specific item.
So the possibilities are basically endless.
1) If it was sharp a curved upward it would accelerate death as the victim writhed up and down cutting themselves on it and increasing death by exsanguinations (death thru blood loss).
2) if it was not sharp but mounted straight out it could allow a victim a resting place thus prolonging their death as their strength ebbed, they rested and regained it and then ebbed again.
3) If it was somehow mounted at a angle and inserted in the victim's ass or vagina, was not sharp but long enough the victim could never get off it then you have the possibility of internal (and minimal external) damage thus adding to the torment but with the cornu also acting as a compress to minimize blood loss and thus do both.
There is no 'one' correct form of crucifixion as proved by the variety of methods employed around the world at different times by different cultures and I suspect the use of a "cornu" probably was very much the same.
Basically WHAT is was and HOW it affected the victim was very much up to the sadistic tendencies of the authorities inflicting the punishment.

He didn't seem overly concerned. And in hindsight I remembered THIS IS FANTASY.

A victim screaming and writhing in agony for even 10-20 minutes can be just as effective as someone slowly dying over a period of days.
