Chapter 7: Second day of torture, breast modification

The doctor held a hand under her left breast and lifted it while nodding. “Slightly over a pound I guess,” he estimated “and judging from the bra size you have, I think your breast has a volume of 550 cc. If we want to increase your cup size from D to DD, we should add 150 cc to each breast. Cup size E would even be better but that would need twice as much.”
He looked at the syringes and shrugged. “So far you all have produced only 90 cc of semen. That’s only 45 cc for each breast. So we need a lot more.”
“I think we can all cum a second time,” said the military man. The others nodded as they had been enjoying the sight of the naked woman a lot. Some already went to work. The doctor agreed but doubted it would be enough.
Mahdi chuckled and said “I am sure we can find enough men out there to add if it is needed.”
“We should have started yesterday,” said the business man. But the doctor shook his head.
“Her body would break the semen down and her breasts would have returned back to normal by this time.”
“You mean her breasts are able to consume the semen?”
The doctor nodded and they all laughed, thinking it was a wonderful irony.
“Well, we’ll do our best,” said the man in black. “Keep our names for each syringe, I want to know when my ejaculate is injected inside her.” They all wanted that.
The men went to work and all of them managed to ejaculate a second time, making the total amount of syringes twenty. The doctor calculated the total amount. Each man had quite a different amount of semen. Some only had 3 ml, but there was also one syringe with 12 ml. In total they had produced 180 ml, clearly not enough to increase her breasts a cup size, but still she would become bigger.
They put Alisa with her chair next to the table, close to the collection of syringes. The doctor sat down in front of her and he picked up the first one, showing her how it contained only 3 cc. Alisa writhed and cried out, desperately fighting to avoid the torture they were planning to perform on her. Her cuffs kept her in place though and strong hands also kept pushing her down in the seat.
“I suggest you sit very still,” said the doctor, “Or else I don’t know where the needle will end up. It might even break inside your breast.” That scared Alisa even more and she froze in place.
“Please,” she begged them with tears in her eyes, “please, please, please, don’t do this to me!” This was by far the most horrible thing they had done to her so far.
The doctor put his left hand under her left breast, lifted the fleshy orb up a little and squeezed to make the nipple stick out.
“No, no, no,” cried Alisa as she saw him bringing the sharp needle closer. He jabbed the needle into her soft nipple, piercing the skin easily. She cried out and shivered as the stinging sensation was horrible.
“It’s not so bad,” said the doctor with a smile, “You hardly felt a thing, right?” He started to move the needle slightly up and down inside her nipple, causing the little knob to be pressed slightly inward and then back out again. Alisa gasped at the sharp pain but she also felt a strong tingling sensation inside her nipple and bit her lower lip when she felt her nipple getting erect.
“Nipple fucking,” said one of the men, “this is hot. I might be able to come a third time if you keep this going.” They laughed and some nodded.
“Alright, here it comes,” said the doctor while putting his thumb on the plunger. Alisa drew in her breath and froze when she saw the plunger slowly being pushed in. There was a cold sensation inside her breast. The semen had become cold while resting inside the syringe. She gasped as she saw the white fluid disappearing from the translucent syringe. She started to feel a tightness growing and a slow burning sensation.
“Ah, it hurts,” she gasped. The doctor nodded and said “that’s only natural.”
“Who’s ejaculate is this,” asked the business man.
“Yours,” said the doctor, causing the man to rub his hands, saying he was very pleased as this was the first time he came inside a woman’s breast.
Alisa panted when the doctor pulled the empty syringe out of her nipple and then used his fingers to squeeze the little button. She cringed and cried softly, complaining about how it started to hurt more.
“It’s burning,” she groaned, trembling all over, tears falling from her eyes.
“No leakage,” said the doctor satisfied, “her breast is keeping it in like a calf with mothers milk.” It was a weird comparison. He tossed the empty syringe on the table and picked up a second one.
“I don’t see much difference,” said the man in the business suit.
“Of course not, this is only the first 3 cc.”
“Did you inject it in her nipple or deeper into her breast as well?”
The doctor explained he was going to deliver each injection at different depths in her tits, to make sure the semen were spreading out. And while he talked he took the girl’s right breast in his hand, squeezing the flesh to push the nipple forward and then stabbed the second syringe in her nipple, that immediately started to harden. Alisa cried and whimpered when another 3 ml was injected in her right breast. Soon both breasts were aching with a slow burning sensation and she wept in despair as the third syringe was taken to be injected into her left breast again.

“This is a lot more,” said the doctor. “Our dear general has delivered 10 ml for you to enjoy.”
They praised the military man and Alisa gasped as the needle got stabbed into her swollen nipple. The doctor repeated the nipple fucking with the needle, making it disappear into her nipple, pulling it back out and then all the way inside her breast again. Alisa cried and sobbed and trembled all over. Her nipples had become tight little knobs by now and she felt her vagina twitching in response to the stimulation. Tough her physical reaction was mostly based on fear, she did start to feel aroused, a sensation she considered almost as horrible as the breast injections with semen.
The doctor pushed the plunger inward, forcing a larger amount of cold semen to flow into the dense tissue of her breast. The girl gagged and retched as she watched the slimy liquid inside the syringe slowly being injected inside her breast and she felt the coldness spreading inside her and then a stronger burning sensation starting to rise.
“Gaaah, you’re killing me,” she wailed in despair.
“Almost there,” said the doctor after having emptied half the syringe. He sensed it was harder to counter the rising pressure inside her flesh and moved the needle up and down inside her nipple again, as if finding a new and possibly deeper spot to deliver the rest of it and when he felt less resistance, he started to push the rest of the plunger in, before delivering the last of the 10 ml of semen into her already aching breast. Alisa was wailing, tears streaming down her face, shaking like a leaf at this point.
The coldness spreading inside her breast actually felt nice with the strong burning sensation she had, but as soon as the semen were warming to her breast, the burning feeling only rose and got stronger, making her feel like her breast was on fire from the inside out.
“You are taking it well,” said the doctor, removing the empty syringe.
The general put his hand under her breast as if weighing her orb. “A very interesting experiment,” he said sternly.
