Many 'western' pictorial representations of Zenobia show her not triumphant on a banknote, but captive in chains :

Some seven years ago, @Naraku reminded us already to Zenobia, with a series of pics.

And by @Eulalia in the same thread page :

Queen Zenobia is said to have compared herself to Cleopatra. But if poor Zenobia would resurrect today, she would find out that at least 60 feature films have been made about the Egyptian queen, but… only one about herself.

It concerns an obscure Italian movie, named ‘The sign of Rome’, or “Sheba and the Gladiator’ (in which the part of 'the gladiator' had been cut out), and released in 1959. Zenobia was played by busty blonde Swedish actress Anita Ekberg.

An actress with Mediterranean look and temper would better do. to my opinion, so I found a good fit :

Here is the trailer of that 1959 movie:

The reason for Zenobia’s little popularity on the white screen? Probably because Zenobia’s story is not spiced by love affairs – so the story tellers of ‘The sign of Rome’ invented one, with a Roman general. Also the few opera’s based on her story, include fictional court intrigues and love affairs, even of Zenobia with Aurelian, and often with a happy end..

Syrian TV produced a series ‘Al-Abadeed’ (1997), historical fiction, based on Zenobia’s rebellion.
