The women’s crucifixions are not done solely to please the viewers.

One may argue that the method is a cruel way to end a person’s life

Indeed one might.

The next morning the sun rises through the breaking clouds. For the people of Epiphany, it is another day in their lives. They don’t give much thought to the seven women hanging dead from their crosses on the Hill of Reconciliation.

Seems a bit sad really. Seven lovely women just crucified there, and now nobody gives them another thought. Well, fortunately, we have this story and I think I shall certainly remember them. Well done on a very entertaining story again, Tree. An excellent mix of your trademark wry humour, and some very effective portrayals of the crucifixions. Excellent.
