Well, first of all, it's not always consensual, is it? In some - okay, in a lot of such fantasies the woman doesn't have a choice and has to endure everything she faces. The closest example would be torturing a crucified girl, or a captive, a fallen enemy, et cetera.
But I imagine it can be consensual as well. I have met several women with a fantasy of losing their beloved rack and while they are rare, yes they do exist!
