There have been a couple of enquiries recently about members needing to use a code sent to a mobile phone in order to log on.
This is called 'two-step verification' and it is something that members can set, or remove, for themselves.
If you select your username towards the top right of your screen, and then click 'Password and security' you will see a screen like this:
You'll see 'two step verification' at the top of this page, which you can also use to change your password. For me it is 'disabled', but you can simply click change and enable it.
I'm not sure how it might have changed without those affected being aware of it, but if it should happen to you, now you know what to do!
