Actually I had this happen once. I took a bunch of zquill before I did a crux session thinking that once I was done I would go to sleep. Well as I was finishing the last "segment" before finally ending it with climaxing while on the cross I guess the meds I took ended up kicking in early and I fell asleep while on the cross. Needless to say it gave me.......interesting dreams and it was really erotic to wake up in that state!
Probably not the safest thing I've ever done, but hey, I've had worse happen during sessions.
