It's a shame for me, that so much of this is based on death and execution. I don't like those things, but I love this as a way to humiliate and punish women.
I think a couple of days, with water but no food, will do for me. Ofcourse, the women should be completally naked for that time, and maybe they can also be held in place by an additional pole proping them up by their cunt. I would consider also putting one in their anus, but I think it is only fair, that they can still relieve themselves in that time.
