Well yeah, I suppose the prospect of being hung up on a cross could make her a little sad! One of the qualities that made Allice such an appealing cruxee was her ability to emote. No doubt hanging roped to a cross as she was could have been painful and not something she might have looked forward to doing. Weighing about 90 pounds probably made it a lot more tolerable, but Alice managed to portray her part better than most. She was a pretty good actress.

Some others, like Inga, often looked like they were enjoying themselves rather than suffering:



Although there is a place for that too. Makar said that Inga wasn't always ready to come down when her time limit on the cross was up.
