Most girls who try their hand at stripping start taking pole dance classes, both to develop their skills and to get into shape. For the ones who are truly serious about their body and their dancing, though, I tell them to do aerial fitness.
Not one girl who has taken up aerial has been disappointed, and I love to watch each one’s body transformation.
