Like in the previous post from @Apostate, she is lifted up in strappado position, can't imagine the stress on her shoulders...
But it doesn't stop here, the real stress is what follows.
She is lowered on a wooden horse with a mounted dildo. Her hands are still tied in a strappado and the horse is mounted on a narrow pole, so there is no way for her to relieve pressure in any way.
The dildo is very long, and it becomes quickly apparent that all her weight is resting on it. You can actually see she is lifted about an inch from the wooden horse, even after the strappado rope is lowered
Stress quickly kicks in and she goes in panic mode, complaining that her full weight is resting on the dildo and pushing on her cervix.
The dildo is removed off-screen, without explicitly calling it out. At some point the "gap" between her pussy and the horse disappears, and the dildo is not there when she finally dismounts.
I'm assuming her stress was high enough to interrupt the scene and stop shooting. The scene (and the series) continues so also assuming she was ok overall.

Yes, amazing look! I you have a chance to watch the series this is from, I highly recommend it! She goes through a lot, and is very much into it, but also brought very close (if not slightly past) her breaking point. Very intense.
