Brothel purge

It was in the late 1800s in a dusty western town. There is a brothel above the tavern in the town run. The beautiful Sarah Fischer is the ‘woman of the night’. She makes good money as she does her job well providing sexual satisfaction to her clients.

Sarah knows that her prime years will pass soon enough and works hard now so when she ages she will have saved enough money to retire comfortably.

But then a new governor was elected to the territory. Governor Despard Wragg ran as the man to clean up the sinful region. He calls in a new sheriff, a man named T. H. Tree, to clean up his territory.

The sheriff goes to the brothel and collects evidenced against Sarah Fischer. He had to sacrifice and have sex with Sarah to prove she is indeed the whore she is suspected of being. After over an hour of having sex with Sarah he tells her she is under arrest and will be tried for her crime and be hanged… after she is found guilty, of course.

He allows Sarah to dress (somewhat) and escorts her to the town’s jail to await her trial.

This does not look good for Sarah.

Perhaps an explanation is necessary. While Governor Despard Wragg campaigned that he would clean up the territory he is hardly as pure as he presents himself. The persecution of Sarah Fischer is not to clean out the territory. No, Sarah would be competition of hookers that work for Wragg’s companies.

Sarah is tried before Prosecutor Jollyrei if you wish to call it a trial. Jollyrei knows his pay comes from Wragg’s office. Sarah is brought before the court wearing only the irons that lock her wrists behind her back.

It takes less than hour to find her guilty of morality charges. She is sentenced to death by being hanged by her neck in the town square Saturday at noon.

Sarah is locked in the town’s jail to wait to be hanged at the end of the week. She is denied clothing because when she is taken to the gallows she will only wear the irons that will bind her arms behind her back.

Sarah cannot believe what has happened to her but is not naïve enough to think some how she will not be hanged this weekend.

Saturday morning dawns and Sarah’s wrists are cuffed behind her back. It is hours before she will be hanged.

The only other thing she will wear is the noose that she will be hanged from…

The walk from the jail to the gallows will be Sarah Fischer’s last. She did well cooperating until she arrived at the gallows. She couldn’t bring herself to offer herself to walk the stairs to the noose that waited for her neck. The men helped her climbed the stairs.

I am not shy about being naked before men… or women. I have slept with a few of them, too. But now I stand on the town’s gallows naked except the irons holding my wrists behind me. Before me is the noose they will put around my neck and beyond the rope are dozens of men, most of who I have slept with… for more than a small amount of cash.

I see them cheering my hanging. Why not… their wives and girlfriends will never learn about us!

I stand somewhat in awe at what I am seeing. The noose dangles before my face and the hooded executioner reaches for it to pull it over my head and clinch it around my neck.

“Are you ready, Sarah” he asks.

I lie like hell and say “Get this over with!”

He pulls the noose over my head and tightens around my neck. The rope is rough but I think it will be worse when I am hanged from it. I piss between my spread feet while the preacher says some crap in Latin.

“Do what you must” I say. “I cannot stop you!”

Sarah stands naked on the gallows. The noose is secure around her neck. Her wrists are lock in irons behind her back. The whole town stands in front of her.

They have seen others hanged before but no one can recall a woman being hanged, and certainly not a pretty young naked one like Sarah!

Just before noon the hangman pulls much of the slack out of the rope. He says to Sarah “You have been sentenced to hang by you neck until dead. All that rope and you would have broke your neck right when you were dropped. Ain’t no fun in that.”

Sarah looks about one last time.

She sees the hangman grab the lever. The trap swings from under her feet.

Sarah is hanged!

The drop was less than a meter fall. At first Sarah is stunned and hangs limp from the noose.

But the reality of the noose causes her to stir. At first her legs kick a little bit.

Sarah’s movements are involuntary. Every motion causes the noose to tighten around her neck. Her thrashing becomes more frantic as her breathing becomes more difficult.

She desperately tries to free her wrists from the iron cuffs. Her mouth opens as she tries call for help. Only a muted groan came from her mouth.

Sarah Fischer couldn’t believe she was to hang. After being hanged for more than five minutes why she has been hanged is no longer on her mind. Sarah struggles for her next breath!

The spectators seem impressed with Sarah’s torturous hanging.

Ten minutes into Sarah’s hanging the noose has closed her neck. Unable to breathe she begins her final thrash, spinning and kicking and struggling to free her hands from the irons binding her wrists.

It is all futile. Within a minute she will pass out. Sarah desperately tries to touch the ground but it is well below her feet.

Her final act is to spread her legs as she loses control of her bladder.

Sarah’s torture from this unjust hanging is, along with her life, over…

Sarah Fischer was falsely arrested, tried, and sentenced to be hanged so Governor Despard Wragg would not have competition when one of his shell companies brought in his own hookers. Her body was left dangling from the noose the rest of Saturday.

Her execution was covered by the Crux Chronicle.

Of course, there was no mention of the new women working in Sarah’s brothel. Governor Wragg made sure of that!
