Not sure how true it is, bit I had heard that once crucifixion happens, the male has a really big erection.
Maybe, maybe not, it could depend on whether you have been nailed for instance. The cross pushes you hard.

A Good Friday Post: Carrying the cross--a man carrying his cross, stripped to add to his humiliation, in pain. The younger man in crucified position--had I the software and more importantly, ability to use it, I would have placed him on a cross, in a desolate place, some indications of his scourging. Maybe soon I'll be able to do that. Not sure where exactly these photos came from. Found the within the past year on the internet.
