An old favourite: Nariyuki Yasuda has a fetish for tall Western women being enslaved and tied up by much smaller Japanese men. I don't think the captions are by him -- I suspect they were added after the event by the (Western) site that bought the rights. Not sure if he's still active, haven't seen new material for some years. Great technique and facial expressions, quite untypical style for a Japanese artist.
