The Peterhof Palace, St Petersburg, Russia.

I was wondering how she and the photographer got away with this at a place that draws thousands of tourists a day. Then, I noticed that the fountains behind her, known as the Grand Cascade, are off.

These must have been taken at a time when the grounds were closed. Either the girl or the photographer or both might work there.

Never been there. But, I knew it had to be one of the St Petersburg palaces, so I did a quick Google search.
