The best use of the rack is stretching the woman almost to the point of doing damage, but then leaving her in that position to feel the pain for a while. Then let up on it some so that she is a little less stressed. Whip her, brand her, cut her, and have lots of fun with her vulnerable body. Then stretch her back to the higher level again. After some time of screaming in pain, let the wheel turn down again, take off her shackles or ties and let her crawl to her cell. There she can contemplate her wounds and her pain while she awaits the next round of fiendish torture.
