Yes a storied sword which is why I am polite but as they say the "pen is mightier than the sword" I have always regarded it as a more of a challenge to write a tale with my blade

but her wealthy husband, to buy off blackmailers and cure her frigidity,
lets her be kidnapped by villains who - after a lot of interesting bondage etc. -
train her and her girl-bodyguard to paint Japanese characters
holding their brushes in their - er - 'tails'
(they demonstrate their skill at the end of the film, from about 1:03:00)

it's a sentence you'll only serve if you get into any more trouble,

To add to Eul's description with a suspended sentence if one stays out of trouble the conviction is removed from the records. There are usually 'court costs' levied but I suspect Ariel and the judge will work things out...
