We can only hope that, when they make the live-action movie - and you know they're going to - they include scenes like this.

But, they probably won't and it will suck like pretty much every other video game based movie ever made.
BTW: "Warcraft" based on WoW opens in two weeks.

Are these screenshots actually of the game, or do you have to mod extensively to get this sort of picture? I guess I'm having trouble picturing a mainline game featuring this. I mean, in the "real" world, dismemberment and gore are fine, as long as nobody shows any nipples.

For these images, i use a mod to strip the underwears (CBBE) and improve the hairs (Apachii hair). For the BDSM, i use FNIS (manage new animation), Sexlab and ZazAnimation. (all mods are free).
