I can still spot AI pics pretty easily though. I'm not sure exactly what it is that gives it away, I can't really put my finger on it, but it's glaringly obvious to me. Maybe it's the contrast between the figure and the background. Maybe it's the too-perfect skin textures. Maybe it's the way that the hair stands out from the surroundings. I'm not sure but although AI is improving all the time, it's still easy to recognise when I see it. A bit like the cgi in movies these days - there's just something about it that isn't quite "right"...
It's that uncanny valley thing where the more realistic the AI gets, the less realistic the final image appears to be. I don't know - it's weird...
