This is one of my favorite pillory scenes. She's already been in them a while, then the stocks are raised and her legs are spread and chained apart, putting her in rather severe stress.
Can you imagine being kept like that for an hour or two.... or 4 ?

I'm wondering in which part of the body she feels the most pain: thighs, feet, back, head or ass?

I'm guessing the thighs once they start cramping. Second would be the back strain, and third would be the ankles. That's assuming that nothing else is done to her, which we all know is highly unlikely.
