As for the second Messa if you push out on the stipe with your shattered feet (and I understand during your suffering you forgot that you did but no one watching ever will) this is very plausible...

Yes, she'd see pretty much the same as the second of those that Messaline cited. I have been doing some scenes that I wanted to illustrate of Sabina's nailing, and doing some renders of those from the POV of the victim as well as the executioner and others. She's not actually on the cross in these, but she's being crucified.
Here's one I did where she's just been thrown to the ground on her back, and as she struggles and screams, the two executioner's helpers wrestle her into position for her wrists to be nailed. The executioner, holding his hammer and nail, kneels behind the patibulum waiting to nail her left wrist. Here's a shot from further back for context:
This is a shot from close in, just above and behind her head:

In the next scene, they have her in position for nailing. The executioner probes her wrist with his finger to find the spot where he will drive the nail that he holds in his other hand. Here's a view showing the context again:

That's why I decided that I had to do this scene! I've mentioned this particular action, the executioner probing the victim's wrist, many times, usually just a sentence or a phrase and then on to actually driving the nail. But what a terrifying ordeal for the victim, knowing that in a few seconds, the point of an iron spike will replace the fingertip pressing into her wrist. And then the hammer will come down.

I went back and had a look at some of the crucifixion scenes from The Serpent's Eye. In this scene, Sabina has fainted as the cornu entered her rectum, stretching her anus as she let it slide into her. Even though she panicked and tried to lift herself off of it when the agony became unbearable, she was too exhausted and her legs wouldn't cooperate. Now it's raining and she hangs unconscious. Here's the scene for context:
