Those are from a lovely video of the process, one of my favourites when I'm a
'torture me with Japanese bondage' mood (which I quite often am ;))
I think that may be somewhere on the Forums, or maybe someone can share it here?
 
To judge by all those comics, there was a major secret operation
to undermine the fighting effectiveness of the Wehrmacht
by smuggling or parachuting in thousands of busty girls in nurse costumes
to distract the attention of their top brass and crack forces.
And, to judge again from those comics, it was highly successful! :p
(Didn't seem to quite work with the VietCong though,
too many of the girls landed on the wrong side of the line and fell into the hands of GIs :p :D)

I find this one, #5, exciting for two reasons -
first, that particular balletic pose, as well as being elegant to look at
is - for me at least - arousing to do, I don't know quite why,
it's the way my leg, groin and abdominal muscles are pulled by it -
being shackled right wrist to left ankle or v.v. and hung up by the other wrist
is similar, and of course exposes me nicely for torture of breasts and sensitive parts. ;)
Secondly, in that Quoom picture, I like the Gallery overlooking the Torture Chamber,
a place where powerful people, lords and ladies, or maybe young trainee Torturers,
can come and observe...

No reason torture cant be elegant, or artistic even. Must be interesting to subject a woman to a torture even she admires in a way. A woman's body is a beautiful thing and torture can be a way of displaying it.
