How this phrases will be on german?

To me it looks cyrillic. I don´t understand it. As much as I know is Bor a russian artist and the pics are in the net for years. Can you tell me what it means? If it is something racist I would ask the mods myself to delete it.

(at least, any more so than images of German Nazis, Arabs etc. which we have very many of)
