No matter how exhausted a female is from her time atop the horse, nothing revives her and concentrates the mind more than the realization that she's about to feel the red hot iron upon her nipples. Should all of these proposals be approved or only a certain select few? Your thoughts are requested good citizens....consider carefully.

Quite right! I often have them yoked or collared, allowing the slight...and temporary vestige of a loincloth...and led through the streets by a horse mounted officer. They might allow be secured, stripped to the waist, to the cart's tail. The streets arelined with citizens, hurling taunts, insults and garbage.

If public display impaled on the Judas cradle is indeed approved by the authorities, it will definitely be a crowd pleaser and quite the spectacle. Which method will be the most popular...and effective... stretching the pudenda or destroying a brown rose?
It will also prove to be very practical as one size fits all.
And of course, every method can be improved upon.... weights and heat being just two of the ways.

Sometime it is decided that a sentence of judicial punishment must be executed immediately after a guilty verdict is passed. The guilty party is divested of her clothing and promptly taken outside the palace of justice...no perp walk necessary...but incredibly humiliating.
It was necessary in this case as this maid servant is a fornicator and is just starting to show signs of the bastard she is bearing.
