I remember this as being a pretty hot story and called "Wednesday in Soho". If only it was true, I would have made the trip and would be well worth the fare!!Anyone have this oldie but goodie? It is from the earliest days of Crux Forums. https://www.cruxforums.com/xf/threads/posting-word-doc-file-hope-its-on-topic.6/View attachment 1171267

Wasn’t set in Singapore was it? Can you remember any other details at all?Hello everyone, I'm looking for a story that I saw on here some years ago. It's about a lawyer who got sentenced to death together with her client and was hanged after much torture and humiliation. Unfortunately, I can't find it now. If anyone recalls this story, could you point me to it? Thanks in advance.
I remember that it definitely wasn't set in Singapore.Wasn’t set in Singapore was it? Can you remember any other details at all?
If the story is to do with legal matters and hanging or crucifixion then your best bet is @thehangingtree . However he has written several million best sellers on the subject which are all over this site. For example here is just one https://www.cruxforums.com/xf/threads/legal-troubles-for-miss-catherine-gudbody.9759/Hello everyone, I'm looking for a story that I saw on here some years ago. No, the style was certainly different - no illustrations, just regular text. It was also split into chapters. The search function netted me nothing, or else I wouldn't have asked. If the story is to do with legal matters and hanging or crucifixion then your best bet is @thehangingtree . Do use our search facility and let us know how you get on.
Sorry qehrk, seems like we’re drawing a blank. No, the style was certainly different - no illustrations, just regular text. It was also split into chapters. The search function netted me nothing, or else I wouldn't have asked.
I figured as much. I assume the story was deleted for whatever reason.Sorry qehrk, seems like we’re drawing a blank.
I don't think we have deleted any stories, but some file attachments, mainly pictures, disappeared in various computer upgrades or breakdowns over the years. I did search back on the word 'lawyer' but without success. Unfortunately your recollection doesn't give much that would identify a single story. It's no good searching for 'hanging' or 'hanged'. Worse than 'lawyer' . It is astonishing quite how often that word comes up!I figured as much. I assume the story was deleted for whatever reason.
Sorry, I would've given more details if I could've remembered more. She was whipped on every other body part, violated, insulted and kept in chains (which is hardly going to help, is it).I don't think we have deleted any stories, but some file attachments, mainly pictures, disappeared in various computer upgrades or breakdowns over the years. Hence Monty's question about Singapore, if you could narrow down the search with a term like 'Singapore', that would help.
Why was she sentenced to death? What kind of torture and humiliation? Who were her torturers? Nazis? Communists? Sir Francis Walsingham?
Lord Wragg of Cruxton? Though I don't recall being guilty of that particular crime.
Thanks for the info, I will send the artist a PM. Thanks again!I know the one you mean. It was by the artist who now posts here as "Little Bad Wolf".
It was posted under a different name "Bene..." something I cannot remember.
