Crowd Shot Issue

This was discussed a few years back at thedarkspot.com about children in a crowd shot and the consensus was if the kids aren't naked its ok. Here it seems the policy is if anyone in the picture is naked it is not ok. It is your site and I can live with that.

The question is...

If there are kids in a crowd shot and nobody is naked is it OK???
