Fitness female dancers

Some of my friends seem to have some misunderstandings about dancers, seems that these girls are all very soft, just like contortionists. So when I showed them these photos, they expressed disbelief.
But even though I have some understanding of the muscles of the dancers, I will also be attracted by the balance of hardness and softness they exhibit in their dance.
I don't know if there are more people who share my interests, let's look for more fitness female dancers!
