I wanted to show another style of crucifixion, less erotic (or not at all), but I find that it's well showing the cruelty of this execution:
some interesting details:
1- we can see on the left down, the executionners who are getting out, work done, with their instruments(scale...)

2- One of the crucified have a set free arm and his dog(perhaps) is waiting for him....or to eat...

3- the old man is completly despaired in seeing his son (or perhaps daughter,
we cant see well) in his agony...

This oeuvre was made by a russian painter, called Fyodor Bronikow (1827-1902).
