What size (Inches by Inches) should I post? I put up a pictute that was 5x7 and below the 400 kb size that seemed to blow the page away (see lioncloth discussion). Am I doing anything wrong?

The size should be no more than 1024 pixels on the big side.
so how do I check before I post?
