I'd say they are late 70's, maybe early 80's. They age well...

THT was right about the dates. Wicked Wanda and The Quest For The Glittering Phallus is dated in the pics as 1976. It's a little bit politically incorrect!! The final pic (In the PDF) shows a big fat black bloke being roasted over an open fire by white women!!

Tree & I may have both encountered Wanda in pages of Penthouse in the late 70s (1973 - 1980). It was the creation of British artist Ron Embleton (6/10/30 - 13/2/88) who's better know for tamer work for such publications as Boy's World, Look & Learn, Eagle & TV Century 21. I guess it's true: beneath the proper stuffed shirt of an English man beats the heart of a full blown perv.
