Back in the old west there was a woman named Stephany Schiller. She had moved across the U.S. until she got to one of the western territories where she unfortunately ran out of money to continue her western trek. She had enough funds left to purchase a large plot of land that was basically worthless at the time. The birth of the automobile a few decades away would find her land was on top of one of the oil-rich’s piece of land in what would be known as the Permian Basin. But that was in the future and Stephany would have other things that happened to her that would keep her from realizing such wealth.
But Stephany was blessed with a desirable body and a need for cash back then. She turned to the world’s oldest profession, selling herself to the cowboys’ desires.
Steph (as she was known) lived comfortably on her income, living a comfortable life that covered all her needs and desires while putting away enough money that in a few years she hoped to make it west to California.
Knowledge of her ‘services’ were well-known, and she even attracted the attention of a well-known railroad baron.
At first the man, named T. H. Tree (an ancestor of ‘The Hanging Tree’) willing paid for her services, but was eager to improve his image. He didn’t think marrying a woman of ill-repute would help his social status. He informed Stephany that he wanted to web but a woman of her occupation would not do. This did not sit well with Stephany. After all, she did what she did only in pursuit of her dreams of moving west. She lit a cigarette and decided she would take care of the situation her way.
So, on one sunny afternoon, she met T. H. Tree in the town’s main street. She drew her gun and put a .45 slug in his chest.
In should be noted that killing the richest man in the main street of the town of Lynchem is not helpful to one’s freedom. The fact Stephany was known by everyone made making an alibi impossible for her…
