Breast piercing from below to high with very very long needles was really made in a video from dr. Lomp. I can't remember currently the http link, but it was terrible : loudest screams i think in this site ElitePain. It was so terrible that this scene was put apart on the DVD with notice to viewers about its shocking scene. If i manage to find again the hypertext link, i will indicate it.
