It's an image from Vol 5 of the Bizarre Comix series Titled "Baroness Steel", and was drawn by the artist Jim. The artwork dates back to the 50's or 60's, and the Bizarre Comix books were from the 70's into the 80's. They are collectors items now.

I provided good info. Go to FetLife, copy and paste the the name just as I typed it into the FetLife search bar. You have to have an account with FetLife. The account is free to set up. She indicates if you send her a friend request, she will accept and then her more bloody and brutal images will be available. FetLife rules that she censor those to common viewers. She insists on a profile pic before she will accept the friend request.
