Dumb question again...
I know things like Google translate can't do imbedded text in a picture. How does it do on a PDF file???

I convertible it in a word doc translate that with my dictionary and convertible that next back in pdf

i hope it will help you a bit
 
Hint: When doing a PDF you can chose the settings in such ways that the text can be selected and copied. This enables every user to help themselves...

My understanding is, a pdf file is somewhat like a jpg file, the whole point being so it can't be modified, unless you have adobe professional?
 
indeed if you used the free acrobat reader is that the only wayit can be used.
but there many other free programms to find on Internet you can use instead of the expensive acrobat:D
