Hmmm I like the idea of milking and the joy of her milk.
The Rubber bands are to stop the blood flow I guess so when they are taken off and then grasped with pincers or pliers, the pain would be intense.

They are so suckable. A last pleasure for her as she is nailed down and then raised so her tits are visible to all.
They could be bound for crucifixion and nipples pierced with long nails to which rope can be attached to the cross beam such that every time she sags down, the nails are pulled up whilst in the nipple. It would add new excruciation and delight from the onlookers

I have used that equipment, it is to castrate farm animals.
 
Extreme Nipple torment should really be part of any crucifixion.
For the breast to be pierced with a long thin nail just underneath the nipple seems essential but not often mentioned.
The nails can then be used to apply the most extreme pain....
Electric currents, heat, weights attached...to name a few
